Assessment options

Two bounded paths for clinical clarity.

You do not need to know which option fits before the free consultation. The first step is confirming fit and choosing the right next path.

Focused first step

Clinical Clarity Session

$175

A focused 75-minute clinical consultation for initial clarification around ADHD, autism, AuDHD, masking, burnout, executive function, sensory load, or related patterns.

  • Pre-visit screening review
  • Focused clinical interview and next-step reasoning
  • Brief Clarity Summary with key themes and possible next steps
  • Not a diagnostic report, accommodation document, or assessment profile
  • Session fee credited toward the Clinical Assessment Profile if upgraded within 30 days
Assessment profile

Clinical Assessment Profile

$425

A deeper, session-limited assessment process using clinical interview, structured screening measures, functional review, feedback, and written synthesis.

  • Clinical interview and developmental history
  • Screening and functional review
  • Feedback session with Client Results Guide
  • Written summary for care planning
  • Clinical Coordination Summary when appropriate and authorized

Not sure which fits? The free consultation can help choose the focused session, the assessment profile, or a referral if something else fits better.

Scope and fit

Clinical assessment support with clear next-step boundaries.

These services are designed for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, self-understanding, and next-step decision-making.

What is included

Clinical interview, screening/context review, developmental and functional history, differential considerations, and written synthesis when assessment moves forward.

When another referral may fit better

If cognitive, academic, occupational, forensic, disability, or high-stakes documentation is the main goal, psychologist-level or neuropsychological evaluation may be the better fit.

Documentation needs

A written summary may be useful for care planning or future conversations. Institutions, employers, schools, and testing bodies set their own documentation requirements.

Payment and estimates

Clear fees and Good Faith Estimates.

If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate before paid assessment services are scheduled when required or upon request.

Fee clarity before paid assessment: Paid assessment begins only after the selected service, fee, scope, and expected deliverables are clear.

WD Therapy provides a written Good Faith Estimate before paid assessment services are scheduled when required or upon request.
